Repairs
We take pride in the quality of our jewelry. We want you to enjoy them for a long time to come. For any defective Emily Kai piece, we will exchange it for you. If any piece is damaged from living in, we will happily repair the item. There will be a fee connected to the repair, and the fee will be assessed and quoted by our team on a case by case basis. Please allow a minimum of 45 days for repairs to be completed. For all repair requests, please reach out to our Customer Care Team.
