We take pride in the quality of our jewelry. We want you to enjoy your pieces for as long as possible. For any defective Emily Kai piece, we will exchange it for you. If any piece is damaged from living in, we will happily repair the item. There will be a fee connected to the repair, and the fee will be assessed and quoted by our team on a case by case basis.
