ONLINE RETURNS / REFUNDS / & EXCHANGE POLICY

We will accept returns and exchanges for items purchased Online based on the following requirements. We will NOT accept a return or exchange if requested more than 15 days after the purchase or if products have been weathered, used, worn out, or are not found to be in NEW condition. Emilykai.com orders should be returned by mail for refunds & exchanges.

RETURN SHIPPING NOTE:

Be sure to package the item appropriately according to the packaging requirements by your selected shipping courier. EMILY KAI LLC is NOT responsible and will NOT reimburse you for products that are damaged in transit when shipped by you. Please package and insure the returning merchandise for the appropriate value.

Return or Exchange by mail on your own

Mail the item via a service of your choice OR if a prepaid return label was not provided, please ship your return to the address below. Packages must be returned prepaid. EMILY KAI LLC will NOT accept any COD deliveries or shipments.

Defective Merchandise

EMILY KAI LLC will return, replace or exchange any defective merchandise purchased through one of our affiliated retail outlets. You may be required to provide proof of defective merchandise and or mail the item in for inspection in some cases. If the items are found to be defective a reimbursement and or credit will be applied to your account, order, replacement, or upgrade including the shipping cost reimbursement. EMILY KAI LLC will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label. Items must be in the condition in which they were purchased. EMILY KAI LLC will NOT reimburse or replace items purchased via 2nd hand outlets such as garage sales, yard sales, eBay, and or other similar 2nd hand outlets.

Exchanges

Any item purchased through one of our affiliated retail outlets that you would like to exchange is at the discretion of the merchant in which you purchased the goods. Please contact the retail outlet where purchased for further details on their policies.
