Delivery Options and Details

For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review, including credit card authorization and verification. As a result on occasion there may be a slight delay in order processing; your patience is greatly appreciated. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable; charges include order processing, item selection, packaging and transportation of items.

Business days

Business days are limited to M-F 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. EST, not including holidays. The EMILY KAI LLC fulfillment center is closed for the observance of major United States holidays. Orders placed on major holidays are processed and shipped on the next business day.

FedEx provides normal pickup and delivery service on these national holidays:

Gift Cards

Gift Cards may be shipped separately from merchandise items; there is no shipping & handling charge for Gift Cards delivered via Standard Delivery methods which include Email or US-MAIL.

U.S. Standard Mail

Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in 5-7 business days for the United States and selected Territories. Please allow up to 14 business days for shipments to A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses.

EXPRESS ORDERS & PAYMENT VERIFICATION NOTICE

Orders made before 12:00 p.m. EST are generally processed same day. For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review, including credit card authorization and verification. As a result on occasion there may be a slight delay in order processing; your patience is greatly appreciated. Expedited delivery methods are not available for PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. NOTE: PayPal credit card authorization services may review and or delay the status of your order as "Pending" when they PayPal verification process takes place. Until payment status changes to APPROVED status we will NOT ship your order. In order to process your shipments & payments faster we recommend that you are a verified recipient or that the shipping address of your order matches the billing address of your credit card.

We cannot ship single international orders to multiple addresses at this time; you may ship to multiple addresses by placing a separate order for each shipping address.

Canada Standard/Express

Embassy and military shipments are not available.

International Express

Orders shipped via International Express delivery typically arrive in 3-5 business days. We typically ship using FedEx International Economy, FedEx International Express, or USPS International Express services. Please contact us for a rate quote and transit time.

International Processing Fee

When you place an international order, you authorize either the shipping courier's broker or you may reference your own broker to act as your agent to submit shipments to customs and other regulatory agencies for clearance. Duties, taxes, clearance fees not included in the couriers cost are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
